I've been playing with the CrossDresser program for the last few days 
Had some issues with it at first, but now that it's working, I'm running amok in my runtime 
This is Renapd's Aquila Belator for V3 converted for V4 (except for the sword). it's one of my favorite outfits, so I'm thrilled to be able to put it on V4 now
