She does look a lot like Shiva, but wasn't intentional
I used DAZ|Studio to create it.
The figure is Victoria 4, The hair is Atlantic? hair by 3dream, The top, the jewelery, the crown(s) the feathers....all miscellaneous props in my inventory. There's actually a sparkle prop under there too, but I had some fun with the brushes, so you can hardly see it anymore
